- No smoking or any other prohibited act in Rocky Basecamp;
- No food at Rocky Basecamp except for the designated area;
- No access into any area that are designated for backrooms or staff only;
- No engagement in Activities before registration at the Rocky Basecamp;
- No running is allow at Rocky Basecamp, no throwing of chalk and any marking of any walls or flooring;
- No climbing over the top of any of the climbing walls or above any top anchor points;
- No to block any fire exits;
- No soloing of any roped/lead routes under any circumstances;
- No to lead any climbs where a rope is already in place;
- No to leave any personal property(ies) unintended and it shall be kept at the lockers provided;
- No to take any unauthorized photography;
- All climbers shall assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified by the law of Malaysia;
- All climbing gears must be approved by Union Internationale des Associations d’Alpinesme (UIAA) and appropriate appearance is required before conducting any activities and Rocky Basecamp reserves the right to reject or terminate the activities if there is any inappropriate appearance;
- If your need any assistance, please proceed your request to our staff;
- Only Rocky Basecamp’s staff is allowed to instruct or perform any instruction to any participant;
- Immediately inform a staff of Rocky Basecamp whenever you become aware of any potential defect of an equipment;
- Use correct technique and methods according to your chosen activities as instructed or informed by Rocky Basecamp staff;
- If any Rocky Basecamp staff approaches you to amend the best practice issue or shows you a skill, this skill is only applied to the situation of teaching. It may not applicable to any other climbing situation either indoor or outdoor and you should seek professional instruction for all your future climbing situation;
